An exotique dish you can never find in any of the cook books making it immensely an Indo-Continental stuff.
Its made with Red Meat spiced with Ginger & Garlic topped with pepper, strawberry and red vine.
You should taste this to enjoy the yummy fruity flavour of the strawberry and the grunt feel of the red vine.....

Trivandrum Speciality.
For those who does not know about Trivandrum.
Trivandrum is the capital city of Kerala (Gods Own Country), an integral part of Indian tourism destination. This place is currently one of the best place to live, in India. The city is currently having a high status of being the twin city of Barcelona, Spain. The people who live in this city are mostly government servants, IT specialists and has a mixed culture of many other professions and cultures.
Dining out here is one of the major challenges I have faced, during all these years since I was in my teens. But the city has some outlets which provide some real experience you can never forget. Today, I am taking my readers to a zone of real taste. This outlet is supposed to be one of the oldest in town.
Rahmanya, is one of the places where you can have some real feel of chicken specialty. Unlike the other places which many of us have visited for good food, this place is unique for the kind of food which is served there. The specialties are extended through the day from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. So lets see what is so special out here?
Chicken Speciality
The chicken preparation out here is sumptuous, however take care of your cholesterol levels after you have it. I recommend to have this at least once and strive for another day only on salads to get back your cholesterol levels. The chicken they use are baby chicken which is high in protein, and they make a fry out of it using coconut oil (mostly used in Kerala) which gives out a fine taste. The real gesture comes on your face, the moment you feel the smell of the frying chicken in the pan. The seasoning which they use before frying the chicken is unque of its kind and it is a non-reproducible stuff in your kitchen. The fry is hot, however in my words, it is that hot taste which grabs you towards it, just like the sweetness you feel while you have finished a gooseberry.
Afternoon Speciality
Every afternoon you would have an opportunity to enjoy this wonderful chicken along with Ghee Rice (made out of boiled white rice sauted in ghee, garnished with dry fruits). For those who are health conscious can make use of Chapathi (pan cake made out of wheat flour). Lunch is served along with a curry made out the chicken parts, along with Lemon Pickle (made out of lime and salt which is preserved for weeks/months) and lemon juice. The lemon pickle is considered to be a home remedy for stomach disorders, and locally considered to reduce the heaviness you feel while having a big meal.
Evening Speciality
As the sun goes down to dusk, appetite rides over our heart and soul. A perfect combination of food would guide you warm and comfort sleep. Unlike other societies who take less of dinner, than the breakfast, our land has a good habit of a full-filled dinner. This place is unique for those who really enjoys a heavy dinner. you don’t get much choice here, other than the Chicken specialty and the Chapathis served with chicken curry, lemon pickle and lemon juice. But this will really make you feel the richness of having a good tasty dinner.
Talking about ambiance is the last and final thing I would like to share with you all. This place is a zero ambiance restaurant, where food is served in palm leaves and at times you can hear the lame cry of those wonderful chickens who are awaiting their turn in your mouth. However, these are the standards they follow, so if you feel like going in for a wonderful food, with a good appetite, just try it.

Places to Wine and Dine
It is often a big question in any one's mind, where to dine/wine.
In fact this question has taken many to a dilemma and finally end up with a disaster or may be a new finding for the rest in their friend circle. Think about the very aspect of sharing the experience I have gained all these years is really a coincidence to all those who wanders with the same thought.
Talking about me is the most essential part of this post. I am a foodie who tries to enjoy any food irrespective of any cuisines, which can really seduce my taste buds. This is the most incredible experience, which anyone would like to have, whenever they visit any of the food outlets across the Globe. However it cant be the same always as the taste I like may not be the one you would like to have at any cost. The very fact of seducing the taste buds is what I tend to prove in here. Cuisines of places vary like the clouds which takes over the blue sky. Yes, it is almost the same concept which makes you like or dislike the food you eat. The essence you feel here is the mood and the surroundings when you see a cloudy sky, on contrary it is the taste and the jingles on your throat which sings the song of having a good meal. Taste is the mental ability to detect the flavour and flavour is sensing food by the means of taste and smell. Hence we can conclude that, taste and flavour are never supplementary or complimentary in existence, in fact they are mutually interdependent. Yes, my readers, this is what many of us do hunt for at times. We keep going to places in search of good taste, but is that only the taste that you look for? No, you should have proper ambiance, in fact the climatic conditions to really enjoy and feel the taste. In my eyes, a good place to dine is not only a place where you get good food, but also a place where you would have an opportunity to eat tasty food in the light of a good ambiance of its standard.
I hope this blog would help my readers to find a good place to wine and dine.
Cheers
